Perched on a tranquil hillside above Elounda Bay, Villa Lisa is a thoughtfully crafted residence designed to blend modern architectural simplicity with Cretan serenity. Just 600 meters from the sea and minutes from the cosmopolitan town of Agios Nikolaos, this villa invites guests into a sanctuary of light, privacy, and panoramic vistas. Overlooking the iconic Mirabello Gulf, it offers refined indoor-outdoor living ideal for both short escapes and extended retreats.  
  
Villa Lisa was conceived with a passion for understated elegance. Designed over three cascading levels, the residence harmonizes with its sloped terrain and surrounding olive trees. It features clean lines, warm finishes, and expansive glass windows that open the interior to sun, sky, and sea. Natural elements—such as local stone and mature landscaping—are subtly integrated into the home’s structure and atmosphere.  
  
The villa spans 143 square meters across three distinct levels, and an infinity pool with dual cascading water jets and stunning views. Three bedrooms with ensuite baths and natural light easily accommodate 6 guests.  
  
The main level has a luminous open-plan living space with a modern fireplace, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling windows lead out to the main terrace and infinity pool, blurring the line between indoor comfort and outdoor splendor. On the second level are two queen bedrooms, each with built-in wardrobes and full ensuite baths. One bath opens to a private internal courtyard, while both rooms extend to a sun terrace perfect for al fresco dining and an evening BBQ under the stars. The lower level features a suite partially carved into the hillside, providing a quiet retreat with a small kitchenette, an ensuite bath, and exposed natural rock formations, creating an earthy yet elegant ambiance.
