The river moy is a short distance from the cottage renowned for its salmon fishing.

Foxford Town is a 7-minute drive from the Cottage and has many shops, pubs, and takeaways. The Moy Hotel Services breakfast and lunch daily. Foxford Woollen Mills has a gift shop and cafe.
The space
There is a solid flue stove in the dining room, an open fire in the sitting room, a starter of solid fuel supplied, oil-fired central heating.

One double bed and two separate single rooms with single beds. Fitted wardrobes. Electric shower and single toilet.

The sitting room has a smart tv with a DVD player with free Netflix, and the dining room also has a tv. books, DVDs, and toys also provided a snooker table in the shed. Barbecue is also provided.

The kitchen has all amenities. Lots of space for parking, and a shed to store away larger items.

Guess have use of the entire Cottage.

NB The heating can be controlled by a timer and manual setting, Weekly or daily charges are based on the initial timer setting, If you wish to use the manual setting, please ensure the heating is turned off if you leave for the day as there will be extra charge for overuse.
Guest access
if the host is not available, arrangements will be made for key pick up and will meet guests during check-in or check-out
Other things to note
Cot and high chairs are provided on request. One well-behaved dog is welcome
Extra dog are charged for, please ask before booking.
From June to August, booking are 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday.
