"Ich wurde direkt beim Check-In sehr warmherzig und persönlich empfangen und wurde weiterhin nicht enttäuscht. Das gebuchte Zimmer (ohne Balkon) hat alles, was man benötigt, um sich hervorragend selbst zu versorgen: ein riesiger Kühlschrank, Geschirr, Teller, Gläser etc. sind vorhanden. Sogar ein Wasserkocher und ein Coffemaker stehen zur Verfügung. Ansonsten sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sozusagen direkt vor der Haustür. Auch die Reeperbahn und die nächste Ubahn-Station sind 3 Minuten zu Fuß...

Hotel ticks all the boxes for us - free car park, free wifi with decent speed, clean, free simple breakfast with good variety, friendly and helpful staff. Only a few minutes easy walk to ferry terminal to go into Hamburg city - a good, cheap and convenient way of seeing the ports and harbour views. "Sehr schönes Appartement mit nettem Balkon und sehr guter Innenausstattung. Die Treppe zum Bett im "ersten Stock" war gewöhnungsbedürftig und im Halbschlaf nur seeehr vorsichtig nutzbar. Schwierig für ältere Menschen z. B. mit Knieproblemen, mit echten Bewegungseinschränkungen vermutlich gar nicht möglich. "
