"The handicap accessible room was very poorly designed and set up. The roll-in shower did not have any seating such as a built-in bench or shower chair. The water output from the shower was very low and difficult to operate. The mattress is worn out and has a considerable bow in the center. When the desk clerk was asked about providing a shower chair, I was told to use a metal and plastic chair in the lobby area. No way, so no shower."
