No Ironing facilities - at all? Zero, not even an ironing room? - very strange for a hotel hosting conventions . Pool opening hours could be expanded (even just for adults) 10-6pm is a little short. "We had a horrible experience! We arrived at around 20.30 and were greeted in the parking by the manager. We were informed that the lift was not working and were escorted to the reception through the service door. We paid for our stay (2 nights) and immediately we were informed that the AC was not working. Of course this was a problem for us as it was a heatwave. They insisted on showing us the room as they were convinced that once we would see the room we would decide to stay. The room's décor...

"We werden vanwege een 'technisch probleem' in een ander appartement ondergebracht, bijna 200 meter verderop, langs een zeer drukke weg zònder voetpad. Het 'technische probleem' bleek een dubbele boeking te zijn....... Ons werd verteld dat het appartement een privé opgang naar het strand zou hebben, dit bleek een van sloop hout gebouwde steiger met een trappetje de zee in, tussen rotsblokken van 3x3 meter.
