Clean, very comfortable beds, great service. Iron and ironing board standard.
So new, staff friendly and helpful. Beds are so comfortable, so clean, restaurant and bar are excellent
Met all the requirements for our stay. Only downside was no menu for evening meals except pizza although understandable as there is probably not the demand. Perhaps if they provided takeaway menus for companies that do deliveries through phone orders.
Rooms were small and spartan, like you would find in standard class on a cruise ship.
Good central location, the only thing that was a problem as such was the room was cold till the heat came on, and didn’t realize it would be on all night, and the it really was too warm.
The Mercure is in a great location just off Union St. The staff there are fantastic, very polite and always happy to help. This is the second time we have stayed there and will stay there again.
Aberdeen is a beautiful placeHotel was nice but could be better
Very nice location, the staff was excellent, gave very good tips on what to see.
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, nice room, comfy bed, well worth the money. Only a couple of things to point out, could of done with somewhere to hang your clothes and i didn't like having to walk through the bar area every time you entered the hotel.
