« The shared "kitchen" cabin is a roofed area open on 3 sides . There is a very old dirty microwave on top of a wooden stool and a very used, unclean refrigerator in the open air, there are NO cooking surfaces, No sink to wash dishes, No heated area area to eat or cook food . Do not come expecting to prepare food at this place unless you bring your own equipment. The kitchen area is filthy and disorganized , like cooking in someones garage.

« This property is old and needs improvements. The first room I was in had plumbing issues with. O hot water and a back up in the toilet. When I first got into the room, there was feces waste in the toilet.
The staff moved me to a different room and said they had been having problems with the plumbing in that room.
The second room was better, but the shower hand rail was not attached in the tub. The holes where it was attached were mostly covered with some kind of tape but there was also...

« Denny was a wonderful host! I stayed on the third floor in the Derby Room. It was perfectly charming! Everthing I needed for a solo one night getaway. Perfectly located to enjoy a leisurely walk around downtdown Maysville. Fantastic eateries and pubs just footsteps away from the front door. Denny was very knowledgeable about the local fare and offered many suggestions.The next time I need to take a step back in time and enjoy the company of the lovely people of Maysville, I will definitely book...
