"The elevators were broke and we had to wait for 20 mins to get to our room or to get down from our room as it was overcrowded and limited to one slow elevator for the whole hotel, our AC was broke in our room when we called the front desk for fix or a fan they said they would call back and never did, I was also charged an unauthorized 107.33 by the hotel that I am still waiting on return. Not happy!"

"As this was a "Historic Hotel", I was a little concerned after I made my reservation that the property might seem dated. That concern was unfounded. The Mayo has managed to blend the elegance with modernity. I had a Suite and it was perfect for my stay. The Valet staff took excellent care of my needs regarding my car rental. I did not get a chance to eat in the Dining area so I can not provide updates there. The rooftop was a very pleasant experience and I had Old Fashions every evening during my stay. The only drawback which is not with the Mayo itself is that the Tulsa downtow n area does not have a lot to offer in the way of breakfast. So anyone deciding to stay at the Mayo would need to taker that into account. I stayed in downtown Tulsa last year so I am aware of the limitations. All in all an excellent experience and I would stay at the Mayo again with pleasure. As a hint to management, A firepit on the rooftop would be fantastic but that may not be a "Oklahoma thing". LOL"
