Hôtels 4 étoiles à Roseland

« Jenny at the front desk was horribly useless. Told her we were checking in for 2 rooms for 2 different first names and the same last names (hmm maybe needs further investigation to see if there’s more than one room booked) and she still only checked one of us in. Got all the way to the other end of the hotel which is extremely far and had to go all the way back and go through all the same motions with her. Very frustrating! Hotel is cheaply built and has kids running up and down the halls....

« The only reason I didn’t give 4starts was we had to wait almost 3 hours to get into our room, and I was traveling with my 87 yr old mom and she was very tired after a long travel day. I guess they were short staffed that weekend. But other than that I would def go back, it’s peaceful yet close enough to downtown healdsburg. Great restaurant and rooftop bar. Great get away »
