« The Eagle Crest staff was amazing. However, upon arrival the room had a very poor smell that we couldn’t seem to get rid of. The washing machine and the dishwasher were absolutely filthy. There was leftover detergent all over in the washing machine along with dirty towels. The kitchen cabinets we’re very sticky. The fireplace did not seem to work and we had to have a tech come out twice. We were pretty displeased with both the hot tubs as they were lukewarm.

« The view from our room was stunning, as was the entire property. The staff were all very warm, welcoming, and very helpful. This was a great alternative to enjoying the Bend area since we usually stay in-town. Juniper Preserve was a lovely spot to treat ourselves! Very serene. »

« Beautiful Arts and Crafts Rustic Style lodge in the pines. Room had everything you could want, double soaking tub, king bed, fireplace, patio, generous sized room with a view of the pines. With the room was complimentary Fitness Center, wonderful continental breakfast showcasing local coffee and foods. Bicycle for us to ride for free. Wine and beer evening reception also included. And so on... »
