"The main problem was with the rental company. They had the incorrect password listed in the notebook. When we called them, they kept saying it was correct and saying they’d get back with us. Over several hours they never re-contacted us. We’d have to constantly contact them. We were able to figure out the password which was different than the one they had listed."

"Pretty much as advertised, clean and lots of space. Appreciated the extra bedrooms. Only complaints would be the hot tub was murky after a day or two and quite a few weeds poking through the hardscaping around the house, especially around the fire pit."

"Overall enjoyed the stay. Would recommend a king size bed in the upstairs master bedroom, a new bed in the main level master, and a bed be put in the basement bedroom instead of a futon. The water pressure for flushing toilets was not good and there was a sewage smell coming out of the hot tub drain. Parking was a little precarious and dangerous backing up and turning around on a hillside, also getting into the driveway was difficult even will 4wD we were spinning tires."

Unfortunately, it did not have central air conditioning, and the rooms were equipped only with portable units, which made it uncomfortable—especially since my family and I were preparing for a funeral and needed to get ready in the heat.
