"Lovely outlook over the Ross River. Near main road with some traffic noise. Security is good. Rooms only serviced once per week so you need to ask at reception for additional servicing at no additional cost. "

"This was our first time staying at the Waters Edge and it was great. We chose it because of the close proximity to the Strand , restaurants and shops. The staff were extremely friendly. We got to check in early as our room was ready. The room was lovely and clean. It looked like the bathroom had just been renovated so that was nice. Plenty of space to spread out with suitcases. A kitchenette was also handy as we were staying for a few nights. Overall it was great. And we will definitely be back....

"Property was in good condition, staff member was really nice. Gym advertises a gym but found out upon arrival that they no longer have one. Room smelled a bit damp, but was spacious and comfortable for a 3 night stay."

"Great location. Older style building. Rooms very small and basic but nice views. Kitchenette very small with microwave no oven. Small fridge. Veey noisy next to lifts - hear them going up and down all the time. Other end would be quieter"

"Room was pokey very small bathroom. Staff excellent. The hotel security is excellent but outside the hotel there is and always will be itinerants hanging about in the mall and surrounds. keep your guard up."
