"Superior room in Block 4 overlooking main pool was a nice size, nic big walk in shower and the bed as confy enough. Room was cleaned and bed remade each day. Bar Staff were friendly and the entertainmnet did a good job of getting everyone included in nightime entertainment. All inclusive food & drinks were good. The Buffet might not usit everyones taste but my wife and I aren't fussy so always found something nice for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. One reccomendation could have done with a...

"Manager of the spa was so disrespectful to us. They didn’t even give us towel during massage. And they kept bothering us . This is so disgusting and disrespectful. You can’t enter the room plus he didn’t even knock the door when he enters. This is crazy. They gotta fire him."

"I booked Annex room that is a modern room with a private swim out pool and upon checkin i was told the room is leaking water feom the shower and im being upgraded to a villa. It took 2 hrs after 2pm checkin to get an outdated old villa which has spiral stairs and isn't safe for kids. My daughter got injured minutes after getting the room and nothing worked in the villa, the phone, toilet and sinks all didn’t work.
