« Gopal our housekeeping person was excellent and always helped us. Hotel however has many problems such as low toilet flush pressure, low water pressure in shower, even though we were three people in 2 rooms check-in person refused to give us 2 keys for the double occupancy room - that meant we always had to ask for access. Overall is fine for short stay but not the best for long 2 week stay like ours. Staff at breakfast was friendly and helpful so no issues on that »

« Nice, clean rooms (even if small) and a very good breakfast. Staff was very polite and very helpful. Wish the location was slightly more accessible. Beds are comfortable but there was a lot of activity in the corridor late at night. There is only one lift and no stairs, so it was quite frustrating having to wait for 5 minutes for the lift just to go up one floor to my room. Still, it's excellent value for the amount I paid and I can definitely recommend the hotel. »

« Great hotel choice close to Kolkata airport. The hotel is tucked away on an inner road which is good as no traffic noise but also hard for taxis to locate. At check-in, Ms. Puja kindly upgraded me to the suite room without my prompt. Breakfast and the special Bengali lunch was excellent. Service at the restaurant was fabulous. The hotel is rather dated and the quality of room is average given that it is dated but a comfortable stay overall. I would return back to the hotel. »

« The hotel failed to take payment at check-in due to their error. When I noticed, I reached out on WhatsApp and offered to pay, but I was ignored. A month later, they suddenly contacted me and aggressively pursued payment. I paid right away, but they then went silent and still have not provided an invoice despite repeated requests. This was unprofessional and frustrating, and I would caution others about their billing and communication. »

« Booked this hotel for partens as this was close to the US consulate. The overall experience was not good. Rooms - Bedsheets were not clean, coffee cups in the room has stain marks. Floor and toilets were not clean. Hotel - Overall lacked cleaniness Staff - Not helpful or polite. Always looking for tips. Stay away from this hotel. »
