"Full of fungus smell like you can still feel from your clothes after check out. Highly likely you will sleep with cockroaches here and there. Saw a few on TV table and bathroom during our three days there. Make sure you turn all your lights on so that they are not coming out. Can’t believe I paid 35,000yen per night at this place. What an unfortunate price for the quality. "

"My husband and I had an absolutu fantastic stay here for 3 nights - it's the perfect base to explore the island while being located close to Ishigaki centre for great food options and amenities. The swimming pool was a fantastic length to do laps in, and the buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of western and Asian options. Our room was spotless with a beautiful view over the ocean. We will definitely be coming back to stay again! "

Breakfast was included for free, but there wasn't much to choose from although at this price point it's better than absolutely nothing. There's a FamilyMart just across the street which is very convenient. The ferry terminal is only a 10 minute walk away as is most of the restaurants and izakayas.
