"It is the people that work at this hotel that make it a five star hotel. They are so kind and quick to help with any need! The room is clean. Plenty of towels are provided. The large refrigerator, dishwasher, and plates/mugs/utensils are very helpful. The location is well-situated for the city and a quick drive to Publix and Pizza Hut. "Stayed in the Jacuzzi suite. The neighbors above and beside us were so loud I could hear them over the jets. Yapping dog and a heavy heavy stepper above us all night. Beautiful room, clean, and the hot tub was great. "
