"The hotel has beautiful views and makes a great first impression when you walk in. The rooms were a nice size, but our screen door was off its frame when we arrived. We were able to fix it ourselves, but it seems like something that should have been noticed and repaired during room cleaning and inspection. Breakfast was good, but I found it odd that guests were not allowed to take food back to their rooms, especially since everything was served on disposable paper plates and cups. One of the biggest drawbacks of our stay was the number of unsupervised children running around the property. The breakfast area was particularly chaotic, making it difficult to enjoy a meal without being bumped into. At one point, my drink was spilled because of the commotion. I do believe this was a school field trip, but a little more supervision would have gone a long way. I also think the pool area could benefit from signs reminding people to supervise their children. There are no lifeguards on duty, and basic rules—such as no cannonballs in the hot tub—should be clearly posted and enforced. Overall, the hotel itself was decent, but the experience was negatively impacted by the excessive noise and lack of supervision. We also received three late-night prank knocks on our door and two prank phone calls. While some might find that amusing, it became frustrating very quickly. The staff seemed unsure of how to handle the situation. The property has a lot of potential, but better enforcement"
