« First room we were given the beds were unmade and there was still trash in the garbage bin. The bathroom had cockroaches in it and it wasn't given a clean vibe at all. We were then given a different room. However this room was having mold on the walls, as well as a smell of mold. We then left the hotel cancelling our stay, and the manager said if wishing for a refund go through Expedia through which I did, however management decided not to refund the situation and time we had wasted, and instead...

« I checked out from another hotel to go to D Kelly, and was so glad I did. The ambiance was very welcoming, modern, hi-tech, and easily found. The parking was so convenient and classy. For a hotel that gives the vibe of a 5-star, the check-in process was unmatched, slow and inefficient front desk people. The breakfast buffet was not impressive, but if you convert to US dollar, it's so cheap, so no loss there. »
