« Staff was amazing. Receptionist, chefs, bar tenders were all friendly and accommodating.
The hot tub was closed for maintenance which was disappointing because that was a big factor when deciding which hotel we were going to go with.
The pool was filthy. The water was very murky, and when we dove under water we saw a LOT of chunky nastiness that could’ve only been throw up. It was there for days along with clumps of hair and a couple old band-aides. I do not know how often the pool is...

« Should have chosen a room with a view of the beach since the construction was loud and not the best thing to look at while on the balcony but other than that the room was amazing. Definitely needs a new shower head the water pressure coming out wasn’t the best but over all I have no complaints. Rooms, hallways, elevator and downstairs were very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay there again. »
