"Check in was easy. Rooms were ok. When we got out of the shower in the morning, there was a roach on the bed. When we went to the front desk to check out and tell them about the roach, no one there. Waited 10 minutes, called out for someone, finally called the hotel. Girl finally came out of a back room to answer the phone and I told her about the bug, but she was rude and said leave my number and the manager would call. Guess what? No call. Won't be going back there again."

"The staff was super helpful and friendly. The room was basic, but clean and had everything you would need for a comfortable nights sleep."

"We went to breakfast, and there were no eggs or bacon left. The staff said they were out of eggs, but did make some more bacon. They had not replenished a lot of the items."

"The staff were super helpful and kind. They had maps of city and a list of recommendations for everything down to dog parks. The room was clean and stocked with all the things you may need or didn’t know you needed. I will return if in Raleigh again!"

"They haven't updated the plugs to give no block charging. The beds are a bit hard. So if you want a soft sleep not happening. The breakfast is simple but good minus the juice, it watered down. "
