« As a family with two tweens, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Spruce Point. It’s an absolutely gorgeous property, and there is a lot to do for kids ages 2-18. I’m not sure if it’s the best value option for child-free guests, but we definitely got our money’s worth with the three pools, kayaking, game room, outdoor games, and nightly s’mores by the fire. My sons met kids their age every day and enjoyed playing baseball in the field and playing games in the pool. »

« This property was just beautiful and perfect for a family. It was like home away from home.There was a full fridge, microwave, 2 burner stove top, dishwasher, glassware, plates, silverware, pots and pans. Dish soap, sponge, dish towel and cloth. I wish I would have discovered this amazing place before booking anywhere else. They also had breakfast and parking. The interior design was magnificent. I wish my whole time spent in the area would have been here. »

« We stayed three nights on our 8 days in Maine and they were by far the best three nights and mornings of our vacation. The rooms are immaculate, with comfortable beds (so great I bought the sheets), beautiful views, and everything you could need. You arrive to a welcome drink that was simply delicious, and a full bar that is paired with appetizers at 4:30 pm each day. « We visited Linekin Bay in 1975 and again in 1993 with our children then ages 6 and 9. Resort has been upgraded perfectly while maintaining its distinctive character. Just a perfect getaway. Maybe we’ll be back with our grandchildren? Hope so. »

« The inn is a unique place, in a pleasant way. The owners are wonderful at making you feel at home in their establishment. It's homey with its small, clean rooms. Our room had a private bathroom and a beautiful view. The breakfast was delicious, everything is made from scratch, the ingredients are obviously fresh and locally sourced (I had forgotten what real eggs taste like). The dinner at the restaurant below was also memorable. We highly recommend this place. »

« Lovely house with great wraparound porch and gorgeous plants & trees. The lilacs, which I love, were blooming which was absolutely delightful - so aromatic and beautiful! The bed was very comfy and the view of the town and water was joyful. There's a lovely art gallery, used bookstore, and plenty of dining options nearby. A very sweet couple manages the inn and they're excellent cooks - Captain Sawyer's breakfast was beyond delicious - one day it was just me and they served huevos rancheros...

"Smelly room because of old carpet. Doors with cracks that we could see through. Back door difficult to open . Small old fridge . Clean and adequate beddings . Shower ok . Breakfast generous . Nice weather, so we spend our time outdoor . Kayaking, mini-golfing , we also made a fire at night that was really a nice opportunity . The accommodations need renovations ! The property has great potential !"
