"Inför ett spontanbesök i Hat Yai letade vi upp ett hotell som inte skulle kosta alltför mycket men ändå inte vara helt budgetmässigt. Valet blev Neo Hatyai Hotel som vi tyckte såg bra ut på bilderna men dessa visar sig återigen inte visa upp verkligheten... Rummet såg vid första anblick bra ut men vid en närmare studering så är dörrarna i badrummet vattenskadade utöver att de gnisslar när de öppnas vilket stör nattsömnen för övriga i familjen. Mörkläggande gardiner är bara mörka gardiner och...

"During our stay we had left for a short time to Narathiwat. During that time Hat Yai had severe flooding in the hotel was damaged. They were kind and allowed us to come back to our room to gather our belongings once it was safe. They are always kind and I highly recommend their hotel!"
