" Our stay was for 4 nights & overall our stay was good. Night 1 & 2 the centrally controlled balcony light was turned off by 10pm. Night 3 it wasn’t turned off until 3am. Night 4, I called reception at midnight & asked for the light to be turned off. Was told ‘Yes’. Never happened, it went off at 3am. The volume was showing maximum however you could barely hear it, especially with the live music from the BSB stage next to the hotel.
