« outdoor pool was not filled and unable to be used which that’s what we planned to do during the day. had to switch rooms on first night due to no ac. then got double charged somehow for my stay. the woman while checking in was friendly & helpful but not so much the male- when we switched rooms gave us cards that didn’t even work to new room. »

« Unfortunately I cannot give a good review. As soon as we checked in we had a bunch of issues. The AC did not work, the fire alarm went off twice in our room (we did not cook anything or have any smoke-related activity in the room), the TVs did not work, there was dried blood on the bedsheets, the bathtub was dirty and chipped, and there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling. Upon finally being switched to another room, the ACs and TVs did not work either.

« I enjoyed the stay and one of the highlights was the free breakfast. They offered a variety of bagels and muffins along with coffee and orange juice. Cereal and milk was also there along with boiled eggs in the mini fridge. Saturday morning they had a waffle maker and it was delicious. Only thing that o had a problem with was the fact that cleaning staff didn’t change the bed sheets but was told by front desk that the first day they do light cleaning which is something very unusual for me as...
