"A very nice stay especially thanks to wonderful staff who were so helpful, friendly and kind. I would like to mention Estrella, Virginia and Jennifer for making our stay very pleasurable. The room was clean, comfortable with only remark that the extractor fan was not working in the bathroom and the air conditioning did not seem to lower the temperature in the room. Otherwise, everything was great. "

The hairdryer had been removed from the bathroom - had to go to reception to request a loan and told to return to reception. "Close to the centre of Gent with a tram stop directly outside to take you to the train station, or a 20 minute walk. Beds comfy, rooms clean and warm ,shower hot, good for the price. Cafés nearby if going out for breakfast. Other guests were noisy late one evening but this was quickly resolved by the night staff. The walls are a little thin. I have stayed here before some years ago and would stay again. "
