"Arrived at 3:45pm to check in, but were told our room wasn't ready. Front desk indicated they were short-staffed and so had no idea when our room would be ready. We missed our dinner reservations. Finally, at 5:02pm we were given our room key. Thr room was cool and clean. The staff did the best they could with so many upset guests."

"I thought the staff was wonderful and helpful. The rooms are updated but the ceiling was pealing old paint the toilet ran the entire night and my other room I rented as well the toilet you would have to giggle every flush. No one was on staff for the weekend. I get it people need breaks but toilets should not run the entire night. Way to much noise. PS ice machines broke and sign said go to third floor and then that was broke as well. Need to keep appliances working.... Would I stay there again, yes due to the bed was comfortable , staff was always nice, breakfast was good and clean, so just need to fix basics in room and all would be a 5 star xoxo"
