« The bathroom sink had a tap that went on/off, could not adjust to get cold water, my wife had to use the tub to get water for her pills.
The bedsheets were cheap polyester, not cotton
The blinds were motorized but I couldn’t find the controller, it wasn’t next to the window but across the room, why not have it by the window where you can see it and the sign that said not to raise the blinds by hand

« Everything including the room, the view, the staff, the restaurant (dinner and breakfast), the pool, the hot tub, the entire property was exceptional! AJ checked us in, Amber served us for dinner and Isaac for Breakfast! They were each friendly, professional, hospitable and did an outstanding job! The chefs were exceptional! For only $200 we got a 4th floor river view room with a balcony and the most beautiful, breathtaking view in IF! »
