« At 3am in the morning couldn’t flush toilet had to move to a room on other side of floor then the elevator wouldn’t go dn to 1st floor spoke to the lady who said she was a mgr wasn’t apologetic at all about none of the situations told me jst put the elevator on hold & the other one would com up to 3rd floor this was after I walked dn 3 flights of steps I was told by the same mgr that she would giv me $25. off per night which I’m waiting to receive so I won’t b stayn at the Country Inn Suites...

L'hotel etait tel qu'on l'imaginait, le personnel accueillant et la chasse au trésor sur le theme de Dirty Dancing était vraiment bien, nous recommandons »

« We had a flat tire around 2pm on route neat Columbia. Called the site and they said no refunds since the hotel was booked on Expedia.
Finally after many attempts to contact Expedia customer “service”…they said the would contact site and approve a refund but then said the site was not answering phone and closed the file.
Do better. »
