"Was never even able to stay there even though everything was fully confirmed!? Booked it on Expedia and everything went through, and I got the confirmation email and everything like normal from Expedia. Then some random 3rd party (Evolve) sends some email saying payment didn’t process. I had/have no idea who Evolve is - figured it was spam, didn’t click on it. Then I go to check into the property the day before and Evolve say it’s not booked anymore, mind you I never got a text or a call...

"Place was amazing! Super clean, pool was perfect temperature! My daughter and granddaughters were visiting from New York and they really enjoyed their time there! "

"Welcome cookies in the basket had mold on them so we threw them away. Only main downside were the plastic mattress covers directly under the sheet caused sweaty discomfort and poor sleep at night. The code for the key box was also incorrect, but was fixed quickly with a phone call."

"This cute cottage has everything you need, and is just one block from the shore. It's located in a quiet beach community and has easy access to Tampa. The early November weather was perfect-- afternoon temps in the low 80s. I would definitely stay here again."
