The place was relaxing. Great staff. Good breakfast. Theres a kitchen, however, there were no cookwares available - probably upon request. We didnt ask coz we decided to go to best restaurants in Baguio instead of cooking.

"Pleasant Hotel Experience in Baguio City"
I checked in at Microtel Hotel in Baguio City for a night's stay on August 16. The hotel is connected by walkway to Victory Liner Bus Station and a good 7-minute walk to SM Mall in Baguio City. The hotel had air-conditioning system in the room. The hotel Staff was pleasing. Coffee and drinking water were available all day at the hotel lobby. Drinking water station is also available in every floor. The room was clean and space was ample enough. Breakfast choices was okay. It can be improved. Hotel Price Rate was competitive.

"Nothing special."
I booked a room for five persons. I was given a room with only four single beds - good thing the fifth person changed his mind and did not come with us. The beds were okay. The room was clean. However, the major problem I had was their wifi. I was not able to browse especially in our room (102) where signal strength was ZERO! I tried to call reception via the phone in our room but the phone was broken! I was so tired that I did not bother to go up and report it in person. Also, we were supposed to have a buffet breakfast - as was stated during the booking but that day buffet was not available and had a la carte instead - it is no biggie. Overall, I kind of expected a bit more. I was disappointed a bit.

"Wonderful Stay!"
Very nice room and staff. They let us check-in early. Please fix the elevator though ASAP as it is creepy riding in it. There is a sign that it is under renovation though.

"New Hotel in Town"
PROS: * Clean hotel and clean rooms * Comfortable beds * Nice view * Deluxe room can accommodate up until 4 * Friendly staffs (except for the guard assigned when we checked in) * Yummy breakfast buffet * Has a heated pool (but then you have to suffer for you will need to pass by the restaurant to go there) * Good location because it's near to tourist spots CONS: * The staffs in front desk needs more training (room and payment tracking - we were still charged the additional payment/pax though we already paid it beforehand, said that the hotel is full that's why we can't be placed on the same floor but we were able to see that there are many vacant rooms) * Quite difficult to get a transportation * No room menu (food is only available during their breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet at the restaurant) * Elevator in the main entrance is not working (difficult to bring your bags since you need to climb up the stairs)

"Great hotel near the city center"
It was my first time to stay at citylight, the room and the bathroom were very clean and tidy. The hotel personel were very accomodating, including the guard. The front desk staff were very nice and helpfull. The food especially the breakfast was superb. The guy who plays the piano every saturday was great. I stayed for 5 days and was lucky to see and listen to him. It made my stay all the more worthwhile. I would higly recommend this hotel to everyone including those travelling with their kids. The only drawback was the wifi, it was only in the lobby were you could connect!

"Good stay walking distance to city attractions"
Very convenient when roaming around city proper (Burnham park, Baguio Market, Session road). Lots of good places to eat nearby. The best thing about the location is that it is walking distance to Burnham park where you can go early morning jogging, boating, biking as such without having to worry about parking and city traffic which is really bad during the peak season. Rooms are nice but maintenance needs to be improved as signs of wear and tear are starting to show up. Rooms should be cleaned daily by default specially when guests are staying for more than a day. Breakfast buffet is great. Overall stay was good but could be better.

"Central"
Set on Session Road, you are in the best position for getting out and about. The room was OK, had hot water and a fan. You don't need aircon in Baguio. It's handy if you want to go shopping as it is close to SM and Session Road shops are a 2 minute walk. The hotel has an excellent restaurant.
