"The room was clean, the shower was a bit finnicky. The gentleman that checked me in was a bit quiet/sluggish but the woman the next morning had a more cheery disposition. Otherwise, I didn't really interact with any staff. The breakfast was as expected, a bit hectic at the time I went down but that's neither here nor there, there were plenty of available options and I saw staff refilling empty ones. The airport shuttle seemingly only ran once every hour, which is pretty bad considering the proximity to the airport. I went to the front desk at approx 9:20 to ask about the shuttle and was told that the next one wouldn't be leaving until 10:15 ( I had to double check "like 10-15 minutes or like 10:15am"). Ended up calling an Uber, which did defeat one of the reasons I chose this place..."

"The hotel was horrible. The mattress and pillows were uncomfortable. The rooms and lobby had roaches. Imagine staying in a hotel and seeing roaches crawling. Just disgusting. When I reported the roach in the room to the house keeper she did not even show remorse, she just said report it to the front desk. "

"We arrived around 9 pm. We spent the next several hours trying to find a room that was not full of mold. The staff was great. The property s to be rehabbed and expeditiously. "

"The room was filthy. Looked nothing like the clean & crisp photos they used to advertise. Only the outlets closer to the door and window worked. My first morning there I was greeted by 2 roaches, and requested a room change due to the outlets and roach situation. The front desk said there was nothing that they could do. So I said I spent money to stay here with roaches and bad outlets? There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. Walls dirty, floors filthy, room was in overall bad shape. You can hear the guests staying above you, and both neighbors. Ashamed to say I spent over 700 dollars to stay here for 4 days. Room 436 is terrible. I only booked this place because the photos and proximity to where I needed to be. I wouldn’t have stayed here. Be cautious when booking this place. Honestly, it’s terrible and probably a soon to be safety risk. No photos, I didn’t want to remember staying here. "
