« We liked the convenience of this property to the university and walking around town. There are many shopping and dining options within a short distance. The room was clean and the hvac was quiet. Music from a neighboring establishment was bothersome on a Saturday night, but I suppose that comes with the downtown convenience. We would repeat on our next visit to the area. »

« The description of the place is perfect, "Charming Cottage Retreat". The cottage is tucked up in the woods, private, with a great deck to relax on with a fire pit, overlooking an open mowed field. « To start, Frank and Cher were amazing hosts! Very attentive to our needs and made sure everything ran smoothly. « Each of the three bedrooms was set up with a queen-sized bed, and each one was clean. Entire house was clean. Two and a half bathrooms were clean and in good shape, except one toilet's handle broke when we tried to flush it. I believe this was going to happen sooner or later, and unfortunately it just happened to us. But the place was conveniently located and the host responded quickly to all questions. »
