« When we arrived, we were informed that the hot tubs weren't functioning, which was disappointing, but really not an issue for us. When we went to the pool, the hot tubs were drained, but not cleaned. There were band aids, hair, and gravel/sand sitting in the empty hot tubs and it really grossed us out. There was also a very strong chemical smell as we entered the building that carried all the way to our room. The room didn't smell that way though, which was a relief. »

« The hotel was fine, from front desk staff to amenities to room size to location. Road work nearby was not the fault of the hotel. On the other hand it was difficult, challenging and severely disappointing to deal with Expedia when I needed to make a change. There was no honest effort or customer service to work with me on my change request. I’m not sure I will use Expedia for any future travels. »

« First and foremost, was the issue of the bulk of the guests being long-term residents of the hotel. It seemed as though we were the only overnight guests. They advertise great rates on weekly rentals and it appeared that the hotel was quite full with long-term guests. There was a lot of noise, a lot of dirt, a lot of very bad smells, and dogs roaming in the halls. The area itself did not feel safe, entirely. « Nice gal tried checking us in earlier than normal time. We went to the room it was a disaster so we just said we'd come back at normal check-in. We did around 4:00 the room was still a disaster. So we had to lug our bags back out to the front desk different Gal says oh yeah that room has to be deep cleaned so we put you in another room. They could have called us beforehand before we went back to the disaster room. »
