"It had been years since I had stayed there. Lots of ‘wear & tear’ since I was there. They’re remodeling & upgrading rooms. I didn’t know so, I didn’t ask for a renovated room. I killed a roach on my bathroom counter, the bath fan made an unpleasant noise, and the toilet seat slid around like it was coming off. "

"Rented a room here to attend concert at frost center. I arrived an hour earlier and receptionist got me my room early i really appreciated his good act. Hotel was very close to concert venue my only complaint was lack of towels 2 large towels for a family of 4. And one soap for hands and to bathe."
