"It was bad, from the arrival they didn't give us one of the booked rooms we booked to triple bed rooms and they gave us 1 triple and 1 single bed room, the so called breakfast was a piece of bread, not a continental breakfast, also the rooms not cleaned by housekeeping and had roaches (i have pictures), and when informed to the staff they just ignored us, this is not right to charge us so much for what, we paid for something we didn't get and also we had to kinda sleep with roaches and bad...

"This is the type of place you go to get away from everyday life. It is tranquil, relaxing, quiet and you get treated like family by both the owner and the other guests that seem to come back again, and again. The hot spring feeds the main pool and hot tubs which will help you relax. I will say, the location is a bit remote and if you plan on traveling to this resort, you should plan accordingly. I feel better signage would help get you their resort. Till next time Jilamito!!"

"El staff brinda un terrible servicio y son unos estafadores. Yo hice mi reservación con tiempo y me la cobraron en el momento. Cuando llega la hora de hospedarnos nos salen con que no encontraban nuestra reservación, la habitación ya estaba vendída, que la del front desk tal vez se equivocó y no pudo que está reservado ya la habitación.
