![Found a nice overlook on my trip down to Atlanta. I have decided to leave for any trip a hour early and find something I haven't seen in-between. This time it was the dam. I got there about 15 minutes before sunset. Colorized it some, but still like it. 

I ended up talking to a lady for 30 minutes about the area. Seems I'v been missing out on a lot around here, especially if you like waterfalls. Last month I stayed at another brand's "extended stay" in Florida and it was horrible (go read my reviews), but I gave this "extended stay" type hotel a chance and I'm extremely glad I did. »

« This hotel was so nice and felt upscale. Cookies, hot cocoa with marshmallows & crushed peppermint candies to add, and coffee out at all times. The breakfast was the best we have had at a hotel, so many options. We loved the view from our room of the beautiful old church and we enjoyed walking to the lively downtown area with a skating rink in Market Square. The only negative was that the thermostat would not allow us to set it lower than 68 degrees. We could set it higher but not lower. It...

![Found a nice overlook on my trip down to Atlanta. I have decided to leave for any trip a hour early and find something I haven't seen in-between. This time it was the dam. I got there about 15 minutes before sunset. Colorized it some, but still like it. 

I ended up talking to a lady for 30 minutes about the area. Seems I'v been missing out on a lot around here, especially if you like waterfalls.
