« The most unacceptable motel accommodations we have ever experienced. The employee up front screamed at me when I asked for towels. He yelled that he had way too much going on to deal with me. I ran out of that trapped area. We were there due to an emergency or we would have left immediately. I reached out to corporate and I never hear back.
