"I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the cabin was! I read the positive reviews and felt comfortable staying there but didn’t realize how spacious and homey the cabin would feel! The beds were super comfortable, having a washer and dryer in the cabin was a pleasant surprise, and the quietness of the entire resort area was fantastic. Super spread out. Renting canoes, kayaks, and paddle boards was really easy. The cabin got a little warm during the day but the three box fans were a big help."

"We had a wonderful time in spite of gray skies and rain. The cabin was cozy and we loved hearing the ducks in the morning and the loon in the evening. Even had a family of deer with 2 fawns in the yard eating apples. Being right on the water was great for relaxing and enjoying the quiet which was what I needed! Walked into town in between rain showers, ate a lot of good food and ice cream! Would definitely come back again!"

"Our family enjoyed a wonderful vacation at Golden Smelt. We have been renting VRBO properties for decades and this is by far the best stay we have ever had. The cabin is brand new, and was stocked with everything we needed to make our stay special. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen, the comfortable beds, the stylish decor, the ample parking spaces, and of course the incredible views of mountains and lake. We loved sitting at the dining table next to the wall of windows that face the lake....

"We were in town for my son's wedding. The house was so well-equiped - top of the line appliances, great cookware, platers, plantes, glass, cups. The beds are comfortable, the house was clean. Anyone that stopped by was in awe of the amazing view. The check-in process was seemless. The property manager responsded to my questoins within 24 hours. Rangeley is a quite town but the people are so welcoming. I would highly recommend this house. "

"Our group had an amazing time at the White Family Lodge. The house is very clean, and very cozy with radiant floors. It is in a quiet location, yet centrally located to so much that Rangeley offers including downtown, snowmobile trails, and Saddleback Mountain."

"This is a great unit to rent. The view is spectacular and the condo is beautiful. It was spotlessly clean and our party of 7 had a wonderful stay. The kitchen has everything you need and the grocery store is so close to stock your fridge with everything you may want to eat. Each of the four bedrooms was comfortable and we put one person in the extra room downstairs that wasn't technically a bedroom but had plenty of room for my teenager.
