"Rehabbed historic buildings in the center of the UMaine campus. It looks like every square inch of the building was converted to hotel space, so rooms like mine were retrofitted for hotel use. Staff at hotel were friendly and helpful. Nice amenities of small gym, cafe and a library that can be used for work, which is good because there was no desk in my room. I drove 4 hrs with family to arrive and find out we in fact did not have rooms to stay the weekend for my daughter’s college graduation. I had no other option but to look for 3 rooms elsewhere at the last minute and had to pay $1,300 more than I thought I was paying for the first place I thought I had booked. This location needs to be removed...
