"By far, OYO Rockssar was the best 2-star hotel we experienced in this 3 week trip in the Philippines from Iloilo to Cebu (OYO in Moalboal cancelled on us last minute so not impressed =(), to Panglao, Coron then back to Manila. With backpackers, you have to have a contact of someone to pick you up specially during rainy days. We had a friend that has a tricycle that can pick us up. "

"I wanted to stay one night in PP just to dine at KaLui. This may have been a poor choice. But it was survivable. They tried to stick me with a bill for the breakfast and I said the place is a bed and breakfast. It includes breakfast. Anyways, there isn’t much going on nearby anyway. The ladies were nice enough. "Very accommodating for a late check in after flight delays. The bathroom facilities were poor, but I feel this came from the people staying there rather than staff cleaning.
