Condos à Arrêt de tram 27th - Welton

« The proximity to shops and excellent restaurants was a huge bonus. Didn't have to venture far to find memorable meals. The space was very well appointed and extremely clean. »

« Perfect location! The place was a great home base for me and my husband. We were able to walk or take the bus easily. The owner was quick to communicate with us and answer questions we had. »

« Great space. Several restaurants and bars walking distance. Short car ride to convention center/theater district. »

« Great location, clean, easy check in and the communication with the host was excellent »

« Great location. Host VERY helpful and communicative. Great experience. »

« Great location - walking distance to restaurants and Union Station. The parking spot was a bonus allowing us to leave our car there and walk to places. We only needed 1 bedroom but would be perfect for 2 couples or a family with kids. Kitchen seemed well equipped but we only used it for breakfast. Reserving was easy as Hunter responded immediately. The building and the unit is a little dated but all in all it served our needs and was very comfortable and convenient. »

« Clean and effortless. Enjoyed our stay. »

« We were making our first trip to Denver, and we were thrilled to find a place so large close to the ballpark. I ask you, how many VRBO properties have you found with three (3) King-Bedrooms? This was our first. The cost was a little higher than we would have normally spent, but, oh, the property was worth it in every way. Large, comfortable, and all the amenities we needed. Two balconies of larger bedrooms that allowed us to have additional privacy without sacrificing togetherness. Keep in mind,...

« This property exceeded expectations. It was clean and well stocked with high-end products. The building is. In a great location within walking distance of anything you might need. A short drive to downtown. Owners were great to respond and accommodate our needs. Planning to book again next year! »

« We had a great stay here! Spacious and comfortable and loved spending mornings and evenings on the roof! Place had everything we needed! Rino is a great neighborhood with wonderful restaurants and good energy. Can't wait to return! »

« The unit was nice, beds comfortable and the location can't be beat for the price. Issues that others may want to take into account include: street and hall noise, this wasn't bad but was noticeable. The primary bedroom's blinds did not go all the way down the window so there was a good amount of light let in at night. Since we were on the 5th floor there wasn't really a privacy concern. The shower water pressure and heat was less than ideal but for a 3 day trip it was fine. Again, we had a great...

« nearby brewery, close to restaurants, nice neighborhood »

« The property was great. The host was very responsive and jumped into action when there was a hiccup with the stove. Unfortunately we had a lot of ant issues but that was the worse we had to deal with. Everything was perfect and we hope to rent from this host again! »

« Great place. Recommended. Better than hotel for sure. »

« Place was super easy to find with the info provided by host. Super easy to contact and the place was perfect! Absolutely worth staying at if you’re in the Denver area. »

« Perfect location if you are looking for great dining and drinks. A very short walk to the train station to go literally anywhere. The space had plenty of room for three couples and the building was very secure. »
