« Host was very accessible for answering questions and any needs we had. For example, there weren’t enough trash bags in the kitchen and when I notified them, they had a whole box of trash bags delivered in less than an hour. The neighborhood was fairly quiet. The house was peaceful and comfortably furnished. We didn’t try all the amenities but it was nice to have them available.I’ve travelled to Phoenix multiple times and I’ve only stayed in one other home that I enjoyed more. »

« Communication with host was easy very responsive. House has its issues old school light switches but host was responsive to needs. Some snacks were left out but they were expired. »

« I'd like to complement the host/owner. The day before our arrival, parts of the property were damaged. The host/owner moved quickly to deal with the issues and, best of all, was completely open and transparent with us throughout. They were extremely accommodating. »

« The rooms were clean and bright. We didn't have pets, but there are supplies and a fenced-in yard for those who do. The house is located near restaurants & stores & apartments, some walkable (even in the very hot weather we had). It is not a large home, and one bathroom was a challenge for the 3 of us, but we did fine! The living area is open and great for visiting (LR, DR, Kitchen). There's a grill and hot tub on the porch outside, which we didn't use because we were too busy ! »

« It’s a great place to stay. Many factors made it a top choice - location, cleanliness, comfort, communication with property manager and response time was terrific - not to forget to mention the back area was perfect. Overall this is highly recommended. Would definitely stay again. »

« This was a cute little house with a very nice backyard! The dogs had a great time running around on the grass and the tall brick walls made me feel really safe letting them out there. The house itself was very clean and had everything in it you could possibly need. the only downside i encountered was the bottom bed on the bunk bed, you can feel every spring unfortunately. other than that, we enjoyed our stay! »
