On the beach, we will warm up our bodies and teach you how to get up on the board. We will also discuss safety and the water conditions. Most of the lesson will take place in the water, where the instructor will assist you in catching waves and attempting to stand and surf on them. The instructor will teach you how to improve your balance, navigate in the water, and find the best waves to catch.
