For 90 minutes we will wander in and among historical and modern points of interest, while enjoying the sights and sounds of an economically and culturally significant Alaskan coastal town. The tour will cover many well known attractions, as well as some of your guides favourite local spots.

You will interact with authentic Alaskan Huskies and learn about their life and contributions to the history of Alaska.

The Rock

Wander along Ketchikan's Front Street to "The Rock", an iconic, locally created, statue welcoming all manner of visitors to Ketchikan's shores. Learn about the history of the waterfront and cruise ship docks in Ketchikan and the intriguing people who have visited here over the years.

You will walk the Creek Street boardwalk through and around all of the shops and businesses that now make up this iconic area. Your guide will show you the best places to shop, and offer you stories of a bygone era. You will learn about salmon migration and view a salmon ladder. If your timing is good you may see salmon, eagle, or seals in this area.
