We chose the full tasting menu which ranged from a warm shrimp salad to ice cream on rhubarb at the end with about five or six other dishes in between. It would be difficult to match in inventiveness, taste and quality what we had this evening with any restaurant in the country. »

« Stayed here during the Celtic Colours weekend. The cabins are conveniently located central to the Cabot trail which made sight seeing and hiking an easy endeavour. We had a relaxing stay and enjoyed our time exploring the property! Will be back! »
