« This is a very cool old house with modern touches that make it a unique place to stay in Kelowna. The neighbourhood is great, close to the beach and downtown, with all the amenities nearby. It’s on a main road, which can be a little loud at times, but was ok through the night. Because it’s an old house, it does have it quirks. It looks toward east Kelowna and the creek beside the building, so it is very quiet and peaceful. The unit had everything you needed to cook your own meals and feel right at home. « The property and grounds were good, well maintained and interesting, but there was no air conditioning ,the room was hot, the restaurant, bar and spa were closed. breakfast was adequate but unimaginative. the staff were present but were not attentive. It was as if they had already closed for the season and just going through the motions. a lot of money for just a room. not a great experience. »

« It is quite nice to stay in a historic building and the pub food below is also very enjoyable. The bar staff check you into your room, but are not fully equipped to do so. The hotel manager tries to insist on cash payments, which is not feasible when travelling with a credit card. »
