« I was in town for a wedding and a quick visit with friends. This cozy efficiency was perfectly located for me to get around easily, very clean and maintained, and exactly as advertised. This place is perfect for one, maybe 2 people. I would stay here again, if the situation arose. »

« home was warm and inviting. convenient location. spacious but comfortable and cozy. very clean and easy to keep clean. easy to check in and out, and easily accessible with pass number (i.e. no key needed) so no key to be kept or lost! all amenities available and convenient. we are very familiar to area and have friends/family nearby. two beaches easy to access and minimal to no cost to access for daytime and sunset. would book again for sure!! »

« This place had everything we needed. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was close to drugstores and grocery shopping. It was a fairly short drive to the downtown area and to the sponge docks. The beach was not to far either. Would stay here again. »

« This is a quant, cozy studio apartment that is connected to a boat dock. It is also in the middle of a marina on the Anclote River that feeds into the Gulf of Mexico. Choose it to spend our anniversary weekend and check out Tarpon Springs (5 minutes away). "Pros: The employee who welcomed us: Jake! He was absolutely lovely. Nice accommodations (kitchen included in the suite), walking distance to Ben T. Davis beach and located right next to the Bahama Breeze restaurant. Also walking distance from other restaurants such as Aqua, Rusty Pelican and Whiskey Joe’s. Free breakfast everyday at the hotel. Cons: Housekeeping only cleaned up once during our 5 day trip. We ran out of toilet paper pretty quickly…The breakfast options were not great and they were served in styrofoam plates/cups which is disappointing as styrofoam is the leading plastic found in marine pollution. Florida has such an incredible marine life, it’s a shame that the hotel is contributing to polluting it instead of opting for reusable plates/cups…"
