« The setting was nice, quiet, and peaceful. The lady with short hair at the winery lobby at check in was not very personable. When I walked up to say I was checking in, the only response was to look down at papers and hear her say 'Name.' For that much money it shouldn't be too much to ask to see a smile and hear, 'Welcome to Bear Creek we are glad you are here, may I have the reservation name please.' »

« The stay was overall good. This was the 2nd time we stayed at this property. We arrived just after their on-property office closed at 6pm, so we had to check in at a different location. This was different than the 1st time we stayed. Everything was good. The only complaint was that the upstairs attic access (in the closet) was open and the clothes rack was down. We didn't discover it until after midnight so it was scary to sleep with it like that. Also the vertical blinds were difficult...
