« I liked how big the rooms were but didn’t like that the outdoor pool was being remodeled and this wasn’t disclosed to us before coming. Our room was a little outdated but they are in the process of remodeling all the rooms and updating, so eventually it will be amazing. »

« This was the weekend before the official season kicks off. Two of the outdoor pools were open and that is why we went. Shawn our bartender at the adult pool provided excellent service. No complaints! »

Staff didn’t know where anything was, ex: game room. Game room had games that didn’t work and the ones that did offered prizes but were empty. Uncomfortable couch, bed. No dirty clothes bag. « This is the perfect cabin for a get away! Adorable inside and quiet. Nice little bar and grill across the street. Loved the pool that was clean and relaxing! The owner has put some nice personal touches in it. It was great to be welcomed with a nice note. I will be staying here again! »

« The condo itself was clean and nice. It had plenty of room and everything we needed. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because when you check-in you go to the front desk check-in and then they send you to another room where they try to sell you a timeshare (want you to sit in a presentation) and when you tell them “no” they get rude. Just not a pleasant way to start a family trip. »

« Four of us came for some retail therapy & Branson did not disappoint! We had a great time! Our checkin was quick, customer service was great! Only problem with the room, had minimal counter space in the master bathroom. Will stay here, again. »

« The unit we stayed in was very clean , I would like to have had a coffee maker in kitchen, We did find that the phone was sitting on table by the couch, but it was not plugged in, I realized this when I could not get wifi on my phone, I found phone jack across the room and plugged it in to call the desk, they were able to get wifi working once my husband went to the office.
