« What a delight to stay in this property in French Lick, Indiana! I booked a villa in order to invite family from across the nation to join me to view the Total Eclipse event. The facility was perfect for my needs and wants. I loved the roominess, the two balconies, the ample table/dining space, full kitchen, comfortable beds. Even a huge jacuzzi tub and dry sauna! I loved the location as it was quiet, and we were able to walk to all events. Once I parked my Jeep, I didn't start it again...

« Overall, this property is exactly as listed. It’s in a great location. The only issues we had were lack of toilet paper and paper towels and the cleanliness of the hot tub and back deck. There is a lack of water pressure in the shower. Nathan was very responsive when we contacted him. He is a new owner of this property, so hopefully this review will help him address easily corrected issues. »

« Positives: Perfect location, which was very close to patoka sp, winery, brewery, and coffee. Cabin was adorable, and plenty big for 4 adults and 1 dog. Would be plenty big for 6. The water was nice n hot. Fire pit was perfect and relaxing. The hot tub would fit 6 grown-ups. It was my favorite...on the screened porch, with cool lights, music and great jets. The cabin gas a great front porch for relaxing and grilling. Negatives: No dish rags. We left some. The main bed was one of the mushiest...

« Very cute little shot-gun style bungalow. Decor has a classy art-deco vibe. The place was super clean. Several nice restaurants within walking distance. Bedrooms are quite small with very little storage but the beds were super comfortable. It would be quite a stretch to sleep 6 as it has a very small pull-out couch in the main area. Also, no hot tub as promoted. The host was super with communication. »

« This eclectic old house was perfect for our group of nine, everybody had their own bathroom and bedroom (we had one couple in our group). It had everything we needed our could want. It was in a very nice area and main Street of New Albany is a short walk with plenty of bars and restaurants. Our only regret was not staying longer to use all the amenities the house has to offer. »

« My wife and I celebrated our 27th anniversary. The cottage was nice. Tammy the property manager was friendly and easily accessible. She shared her knowledge of the area and recommended good restaurants. It was chilly for our stay, so we didn’t get to explore the grounds, but they looked beautifully kept. »

« We had such a good time and the house was perfect for our family. It was beautiful and had everything we needed. Loved the coffee bar area and backyard for the kids to play in. The basement had a smoky smell when we arrived, but seemed to go away by the time we had left… maybe a cleaning crew immediately before? Also, the garage is very tight. If you drive a big SUV, you’ll have to park in the driveway. »

« We were fortunate to have the hill too ourselves, beautiful view from hill, but views limited in cabins 2, 3 & 4. Cabin 1 had the best cabin view. Cabin 3 & 4 is a duplex with only a latch door to separate you. We stayed in cabin 3 it was very clean and quaint. Enjoyed a quiet night on the hill with a firepit and the fire wood provided. The hot tub was very nice, but located down by the main house which requires you too drive down and park . The host was very polite and helpful when available....
